I found part of what the sneak peek is about. Club Penguin is giving away 1,000 limited edition Viking Penguin Toys each for three weeks. The contest starts on 3rd of October, and ends on the 24th.

I have no idea what it is, but everyone knows the 24th of October, 2005 is when Club Penguin is officially opened. Will it be something related to Club Penguin’s birthday? Well, no one knows the answer. However, it appears that penguins are standing in a row, in front of two igloos.

The ticket cheat from last year still remains! By doing the cheat, you earn twice or more times of tickets than it should be!
Play the mini-game Grab and Spin at the Dock.
Grab and spin for once.
Hit the Tab key on your keyboard until a yellow rectangle is over the “END GAME” button. The Tab key is above the Caps Lock key, and on the left of the letter “Q”.
Hold down the Enter key and don’t release your holding.
Quit the game, and you will have over 10,000 coins, depending on how long your holded your key.

To get the prizes, you have to earn tickets by playing mini games. You cannot earn tickets by playing games that have always been in Club Penguin, for instance Find Four. In total, there are eight mini games, and here they are with their locations:

Puffle Shuffle: Forest
Feed a Puffle: Cove
Puffle Paddle: Snow Forts
Balloon Pop: Arcade Circle (Party room)
